Opinionmeter's survey system provides you with the ability to access real-time customer satisfaction feedback from a myriad of customer touch points throughout your organization - onsite and online. With a wide-range of interactive survey equipment we enable our clients to capture real-time 'voice of the customer' feedback at the point-of-experience. All customer satisfaction surveys, including healthcare, customer service, web, handheld and touchscreen versions are distributed to web-enabled survey devices and remotely managed through the web-based SurveyManager application. Being web-based, the SurveyManager has the ability to automate the delivery of your customized reports and provide real-time feedback from your customer satisfaction surveys. You can even setup real-time voice of the customer alerts when satisfaction levels fall below an acceptable level. Opinionmeter's technology makes the collection of customer satisfaction surveys easier, quicker and more cost effective.

Opinionmeter maintains a device independent approach. Device independence provides the necessary flexibility to offer multiple data collection solutions in order to reach the customer whenever and wherever the customer experience occurs: "the right survey equipment at the right place at the right time." In addition to the popular Opinionmeter mini-kiosk, additional survey equipment includes a variety of touch screen systems available in handheld, tablet and kiosk configurations.

The SurveyManager

The SurveyManager is a web-hosted application, providing everything you need to manage your onsite and online customer satisfaction feedback programs. From survey design, such as writing survey questions to interactive web reporting, all management tasks are accomplished through the Survey Manager’s intuitive interface. Through your SurveyManager account you can remotely monitor and manage all aspects of your customer satisfaction survey campaigns, whether they are deployed as online, handheld or touch screen kiosk surveys.

The SurveyManager is simple and easy to use for all tasks related to your customer satisfaction surveys - whether it be writing survey questions, designing professional reports or remotely managing a variety of web-enabled survey devices. The system automatically compiles the real-time data from your customer satisfaction surveys and effortlessly transforms them into actionable reports. Reports can be pulled manually or pushed on a scheduled basis. Because they are web-based, they can be viewed from any computer whether you are in your office, at home, or in the field.

After logging into the SurveyManager, you can quickly explore the survey reporting tool by going to the Reports module and either creating a new report or previewing a previously saved report (by clicking on the magnifying glass icon). If you’re interested in exploring how easy it is to create a new customer satisfaction survey, navigate to the Survey module and proceed through the simple 4-step Create Survey Wizard. With the built-in Question and Response library, writing web survey questions has never been easier. Additionally, you can go to the Help menu and select one of the many Guided Tours.
